(Shutterstock) BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Two additions the local business scene are expected this week in Bucks County. First, Jersey Mike’s Subs will open its second Bucks County shop on Wednesday. The eatery will be located at Cross Keys Place in Doylestown, 4347 W. Swamp Road. To mark the grand opening, Jersey Mike’s is circulating 10,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $3 contribution to CB Cares Educational Foundation. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible. The fundraiser goes through Jan. 12. Jersey Mike’s Subs opened its first Bucks County shop in Feasterville. Stiffler, and Christopher Koval. Subscribe Then on Thursday, the long-awaited new McCaffrey’s will open in New Hope at 9 a.m. The store is located at 300 W. Bridge Street, at the former Staples. This will be the chain’s fourth Bucks County location. There are currently stores in Yardley, Newtown, and Doylestown. The chain also operates in New Jersey, with stores in Princeton and West Windsor. The store features many of the same elements of McCaffrey’s stores already in existence: produce, meat, seafood, cheese, deli, bakery, and floral, along with prepared foods. The New Hope store will feature a gourmet sandwich station and deli, a salad bar and hot foods bar, sushi, beer and wine, various organic products, catering, and more. McCaffrey’s hours will be Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
